how can floyd make pacquaio do "Year long testing" when they weren't even scheduled to fight
if the commission or someone wants year long testing then they should upgrade their shytty system and make a year long thing for all boxers

Conte was referring to people saying that Manny/Floyd are taking Olympic Style Drug Testing and clarifying that they arent. The only way that would be correct is if they were under 24-7/365 drug testing, which neither are.

All floyd can realistically do is put it in the contract for whoever HE'S facing

Floyd hurt his hand in the First maidana fight, but ariza introduced him to a guy who did better hand wraps, according to mayweather himself, which is why he didn't have any problems in the second fight even thought he was throwing hard shots so I doubt he will hurt his hand in this fight after he beats a beating on manny that's going to leave manny shocked, people don't understand how bad this guy is gonna get his ass beat
