Its suspect but Floyd gets the benefit of the doubt because he's not the guy who 6 years ago was openly ducking steroid testing claiming he is scared of needles unlike his opponent...

Floyd brought random steroid testing to boxing unlike Packeyow who was 100% againat it...so why would Floyd be cheating now? Maybe dude was drained from 24/7 intensive training ?

Well Pacquiao never once claimed to be scared of any needles.. He just didn't want a lot of blood drawn close to the fight and asked for a 3 week cuttoff because he felt it weakened him, but agreed to unlimited random urine test all the way up to the fight..... why would you give Floyd the benefit of the doubt, but not Pac who had never been linked to anything illegal l, all because he didn't do exactly what a c00n, who had no title, who was doing less ppvs and selling less tickets, who was coming of a victory aginst a guy coming up from two weightclasses below him, says?? :mjpls:

That's a lie...he said he was scared then the question was raised about him having tattoos.

This is a bit of a gotcha answer because Manny never said it, it was Bob Arum that said it.

Alex Ariza revealed that Manny Pacquiao has “never been afraid of needles,” contrary to Bob Arum’s claim that the Filipino fighter wasn’t game on the idea of conducting random drug testing before a match.

The said test, which involves blood extraction, was the reported hindrance to a deal involving Pacman and Money years ago, with the latter accusing Pacquiao that his great performances inside the ring was a result of taking performance enhancing drugs.

“Four years ago, Manny's not afraid of needles. He's never been afraid of needles. Bob made that shyt up to make sure that the first fight didn't happen, so write that,” Ariza told FightHype.com, while attending the politician-athlete’s movie-documentary entitled “Manny” at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood.

All indications coming out of Mayweathers camp are Corales type focus and its very clear he's bringing his A game for this fight..

Got me contemplating changing my bet from SD to stoppage...Packeyow is a bleeder and he will have no answer for that lead right so if Floyd's timing is on point this fight will get very ugly...

I'm going to play it safe though, it's too big of a fight to be stopped...Unless the corner throws the towel Nevada ain't stopping this one...Plus Floyd doesn't chase KOs and stoppages, he's not a volume puncher...

pac a bleeder? youre going to have to tell me the fights were cuts were inflicted that have troubled him

Yea Bob did say he was scared of needles, but didn't clarify... Pacquiao explained that it wasn't that he was afraid of needles, he was afraid of feeling weakened during his fight because he gave to much blood close to the fight.. Which makes sense, and if you take into consideration that Floyd wasn't even the A side, him cowardly demanding Pacquiao undergo an unspecified amount of intrusive bloodtests in order to fight him, most people in Pacquiao's position would've probably told Floydie to go fukk himself too

Mayweather-Pacquiao PED Testing: Conte Chimes In
Posted by: Ronnie Nathanielsz on 3/20/2015 .

by Ronnie Nathanielsz

An expert on the use of various forms of performance enhancing drugs, Victor Conte, claims the current so-called random drug tests conducted by the US Anti Doping Agency on Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao which boxing scribes continue to refer to as “Olympic Style testing” is incorrect.

Conte responded to a question from BoxingScene.com/New Standard/Viva Sports in the wake of the verbal exchanges between Pacquiao’s longtime adviser, Michael Koncz, and Mayweather Promotions CEO, Leonard Ellerbe - after Koncz had suggested that if either fighters tests positive for a banned substance, he pays a fine of $5 million to his opponent.

Conte said “short-term comprehensive blood and urine testing” is what Mayweather and Pacquiao are doing not 24/7 365 days a year like Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire under VADA, the Voluntary Anti Doping Agency as well as Olympic athletes.

He told us that “if a boxer is allowed to determine the start date of the testing, then they can use PEDS and then taper off and begin testing.”

Conte posed the question “what were the boxers doing for the two months before the six weeks of testing before a fight begins” insinuating that it could mean a PED green light.

The expert explained that a boxer “could use PEDs for two months and taper off for two weeks" before testing begins for six weeks and still receive benefits at fight time.

He claimed the reason the testing Mayweather and Pacquiao are doing is NOT as effective as 24/7 all year round is because Mayweather determined the start date.

At the same time Conte warned that “its important for the boxing world to understand that PEDS can have long lasting carry over effects upon performance after use.”

The founder and president of BALCO, a sports nutrition center in California, Conte served time in prison in 2005 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute steroids and money laundering.

After serving a prison term Conte developed sports supplements that are legal to use and has been in the forefront of efforts to clean up sports.

Conte for some time worked with Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire who enrolled some years ago in a year round random drug testing program of VADA and is now reportedly working with Zab Judah , a sparring partner of Mayweather and Andre Berto.

this doesn't make any sense
how can floyd make pacquaio do "Year long testing" when they weren't even scheduled to fight
if the commission or someone wants year long testing then they should upgrade their shytty system and make a year long thing for all boxers
All floyd can realistically do is put it in the contract for whoever HE'S facing
these dumbasses are double taking with the "floyd determined the start date"
Yeah ofcourse he did:what:
who else would?:dwillhuh:
hes the one that wanted random testing in the first place and both were tested like a week or so after the fight became official

its random blood and urine testing

these guys make zero sense:beli:

Floyd probably was just making sure to announce the fight after he cycled all the drugs out his system.. That was the real hold up on the announcement. Didn't want to risk a sample coming up dirty like it did in the past.. smart move on Floyds part

nikka pac and his camp were lying and fumbling over excuses as to why they didn't wanna take the test
don't make me post that pacquaio brian kenny interview:mjpls:
bob arum represents pacquaio's so if he's saying pacquaios scared of needles it means something.
u just trying to disregard it like its nothing
arum knew it was bullshyt but lied about it anyway, and pacquaio never came out and said it was a lie
i wonder why:sas2:

and floyd was asking that they BOTH take testing
so who's really the coward here:mjpls:

where is the proof that he took that long to piss?
seems like homie just made that shyt up

also i remember watching a 24/7 where them random drug testing guys were just chilling in his crib waiting for him to piss while he drank water:ld:

The only one to openly duck random blood testing and turn down a payday is pacquaio

people got to ask themselves why he said NO then, but two years or so later he had no problem doing it and all the excuses that team had in the past were suddenly a non issue

i mean hes doing the same testing now that he didn't wanna do six years ago, why the change of heart:sas2:

Well 5-6 years ago Pacquiao was the A side compared to now and back in 2011 when Floyd became the A side.. Why would the A side have to give in to a demand from the B side? What part of the game is that?. Now why not mention when Floyd became A side and Pac agreed to Floyds "OSDT" Floyd said he couldn't accept any less than 100% of the revenue and Pac had to accept 40million flat regadless of whats made on the backend

Yes you can post the Brian Kenny interview and prove my point that Pac clarified what Bob meant when he claimed Pac was scared of needles...

@Jello Biafra you're right, none of this will matter in a few weeks when Pacquiao beats the breaks off Floyd in front of the world... I just cant help but envision all his stans teary eyed while it happens right before them..
