Cosby admitted in a civil suit that he drugged the girl(s) and the prosecution at the time gave him a deal that they wouldn’t use that against him in a criminal case.
When Cosby was later charged they tried to use that confession against him. It was only after the conviction got appealed to the Supreme Court did they admit that Cosby’s civil rights were violated and he was released.
Cosby admitted to do what he was charged for, but that wasn’t supposed to be used against him.

The original Civil lawsuit was not won by the accuser when Cosby gave that deposition that you are misquoting from. He settled which is what all celebs are advised to do from their team for PR reasons. He did not LOSE it as you suggested. But you already knew that, I'm sure.
And he never admitted to doing what he was charged with. He wasn't even charged with "drugging someone". But im sure you knew that too as you are one of the biggest liars on this site.
