I disagree

I go to the gym a 4 days a week not now when I used to do only 3. Nothing else has changed except I can't eat nearly as much as I I'm used to.

I cannot tolerate fast food at all.

well first of all you take a drug that works different from ozempic so with that understanding, your may be different but i thought we were talking about ozempics.
and 2 i am not sure what you are disagreeing with. the drugs are helping you maintain a diet (appetite supressant) so you actually are agreeing with me. all i was saying is if you can do that on your own and be stricter (like mase said he only eats fruits and veggies) you could do more than 1 pound a week which seems to be where the drugs got you.
losing 1 pound a week is not miracle work.... if you break down the math it is only a 500 calorie deficit per day which you can do skipping breakfast for example.
it's all math.

now you weren't that big to begin with if you started at 210, so i am not under the impression that you were a major foodie so 500 calorie deficit should be easy peasy for a non-eater. unless you leaving something out :jbhmm:

You lose mass (both fat and muscle) by not eating food aka calorie restrictions. All Ozempic is doing is making your body feel satiated which in turn causes you to eat less. That’s the mechanism of action.

Not replying to just you but anyone who reads this. You can achieve the same goal without injecting yourself. Ozempic is popular bc it takes the discipline and hormonal urges out the equation
Seems like your body would suffer with the lack of nutrient no?

Depends. Calorie restriction doesn’t mean you stop getting in your macros, but a lot of people do use supplements to fill in any gaps they may have. Protein powder, vitamins, etc are very common. Most calorie restrictions are also not very aggressive, just enough to get your body in a catabolic phase while still allowing proper function

It amazes me that these celebrities have all this wealth, access to the best nutritionist and personal trainers.

And yet… and they still want to take the shortcut to losing weight. Even with the possible side effects. It just boggles my mind at how lazy they are.

Would have to be aggressive to make these dramatic changes so fast though. Feel like nikkas aren’t even eating

Zepbound and ozempic are both glp I assumed they are pretty much the same...

I already was skipping breakfast. And I walk like 10k steps a day and I was going to the gym like 3x a week. Wasn't actively trying to lose weight but I have been steady gaining weight since my joints went bad and I couldn't lift heavy like I used to.

To me it's a miracle because I am able to lose with very little additional effort on my part. My routine is largely the same only now I'm losing weight. Mind you it's also summertime. With cookouts and going out drinking this is the worst my diet will be for the year and I still am losing.

These drugs gonna be the biggest drugs in our lifetime.

Mfs be tired, they grab something to eat
Mfs bored, they grab something to eat.
Mfs be pissed off and eat something.
Mfs be sad, they get something to eat.
Mfs be happy they get something to eat.
Mfs be confused they get something to eat.

Eat and take your mind off it.
Eat to celebrate.

Food is a drug. No different than weed, cigarettes, cocaine, crack, meth, heroin. Food is a hobby. It's a pastime.

A lot of people don't care, everyone has to learn on their own.

Only having one life and riding til the wheels fall off is fun until you realize one wheel falls off at a time and the car ain't totalled. Now you gotta ride with 3 wheels, or get the 4th fixed, your engine is failing, your transmission is failing, your ECU is failing, you need new brake pads, calipers and rotors, you need an alignment, alternator is going bad, power steering pump is bad, timing belt issues.
100% facts. The way food is treated is wild, our relationship with it is even wilder. The bright side is.. you can change. "when you know better you do better"

Blood pressure probably dropped from 145/95 to 120/80. Mase 50 years old. He's the type of person Ozempic is made for.

Working out and eating healthy has to be a part of your lifestyle. Not something you do for a role (movie), not something you do to look good when you go on tour, or perform.

If working out isn't a part of your lifestyle or a priority then eventually it will catch up with you regardless of you are a celebrity or not. And given the opportunity most humans will take the easy way out, shortcut or cheat. Simply because it's easier than modifying their entire lifestyle.
