I disagree
I go to the gym a 4 days a week not now when I used to do only 3. Nothing else has changed except I can't eat nearly as much as I I'm used to.
I cannot tolerate fast food at all.
well first of all you take a drug that works different from ozempic so with that understanding, your may be different but i thought we were talking about ozempics.
and 2 i am not sure what you are disagreeing with. the drugs are helping you maintain a diet (appetite supressant) so you actually are agreeing with me. all i was saying is if you can do that on your own and be stricter (like mase said he only eats fruits and veggies) you could do more than 1 pound a week which seems to be where the drugs got you.
losing 1 pound a week is not miracle work.... if you break down the math it is only a 500 calorie deficit per day which you can do skipping breakfast for example.
it's all math.
now you weren't that big to begin with if you started at 210, so i am not under the impression that you were a major foodie so 500 calorie deficit should be easy peasy for a non-eater. unless you leaving something out
