You don't even have to go to the gym. Just walk around you block, walk down the street and back, go to a park and walk, go to a gym and walk. Once everyday.

And stop eating so fukking much. Every meal doesn't have to be a smorgasbord. You'll be fine with a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. A turkey and sandwich and even a bag of chips for lunch. Then whatever you want for dinner. A plate of spaghetti. 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides. A burger and fries.

The problem is every fukking meal has to be a mini celebration. Mfs wake up and get an 800 calorie Starbucks coffee with a 500 calorie donut or 600 calorie breakfast sandwich, sometimes the sandwich and the donut/pastry. Then have 700 to 1000 lunch. Then have a 1200-1800 calorie dinner.

You won't starve if you have a small breakfast or even skip lunch. And you don't have to eat to make up for what you didnt eat. But whatever. You can't tell people anything, they have to figure it out on their own.

I’ll do you one better. You don’t have to workout at all. It’s all about diet. I lost 40 pounds of covid weight in 3 months just by eating right. Got back down to my high school weight with out working out.

You see how Busta gor skinny fat with a nasty belly 1 month after being 90's busta. That shyt not ordinary.

I have a cousin who died from diet pills while in college in the 90's. Short cuts come with a price when it comes to weight loss.

Also, Skipping breakfast/Intermittent fasting is the cheat code. What fasting taught me is we just be eating to eat. Its pure comfort energy. You at the crib bored and get up and grab them sweet spicy chili doritos and eat the whole bag watching an episode of “Your Honor” like a straight diabeetus recipient.

No reason to be eating 3 birthday meals a day + snacking + liquor + little/no water AND not even taking a neighborhood walk or gym.

nikkas wonder why they be dying in their 40’s n 50’s.

Also I think its selfish as fukk to be married and not being in shape n looking good for your spouse. Your chick all cute and sexy and yo big prime beanie siegel/Wack 100 built ass walk in breathing hard and stankin like soul food grease sweats tryna get some lovin.

You may not have to "work out" as in pump iron and shyt. But you need to move. Daily.

People used to walk to the store. Being sedentary even eating right is going to shorten your life. Muscle atrophy is a real thing and your body is a kinetic chain.

Food is a drug. No different than weed, cigarettes, cocaine, crack, meth, heroin. Food is a hobby. It's a pastime.

A lot of people don't care, everyone has to learn on their own.

Only having one life and riding til the wheels fall off is fun until you realize one wheel falls off at a time and the car ain't totalled. Now you gotta ride with 3 wheels, or get the 4th fixed, your engine is failing, your transmission is failing, your ECU is failing, you need new brake pads, calipers and rotors, you need an alignment, alternator is going bad, power steering pump is bad, timing belt issues.
