You don't even have to go to the gym. Just walk around you block, walk down the street and back, go to a park and walk, go to a gym and walk. Once everyday.
And stop eating so fukking much. Every meal doesn't have to be a smorgasbord. You'll be fine with a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. A turkey and sandwich and even a bag of chips for lunch. Then whatever you want for dinner. A plate of spaghetti. 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides. A burger and fries.
The problem is every fukking meal has to be a mini celebration. Mfs wake up and get an 800 calorie Starbucks coffee with a 500 calorie donut or 600 calorie breakfast sandwich, sometimes the sandwich and the donut/pastry. Then have 700 to 1000 lunch. Then have a 1200-1800 calorie dinner.
You won't starve if you have a small breakfast or even skip lunch. And you don't have to eat to make up for what you didnt eat. But whatever. You can't tell people anything, they have to figure it out on their own.
I’ll do you one better. You don’t have to workout at all. It’s all about diet. I lost 40 pounds of covid weight in 3 months just by eating right. Got back down to my high school weight with out working out.
