I thought the combination of Oxtail and cheese wasn't bad at all...just think of it as shredded beef brisket, roast beef, etc.

I'm not messing up oxtails for that recipe. A good sale on short ribs will run you 7.99/lb. I'm not sure if I'd mess up a short rib for that either. Then again I'm not a fan of beef and cheese unless its a cheeseburger.
