Damn... That's crazy. I have a shredder. Just never thought I would have to use it except if a recipe requires it.
i have a mandoline slicer that i use. adjustable thickness for slices and if you flip the blade it sets it up to do waffle cuts for waffle fries. you can get a decent one for $20..

Breh should’ve stopped before the cheese. Those were some tasty looking oxtails. If you want fried beef and cheese, just use ground beef or some cheap cut of steak.
