My first Cash Money album EVER and it is dope, but I don't know if I can say it's better than Ghetto Dope.
Everybody has an opinion, but ask anyone from the NO over the age of 30 and they'll say All on U vol 2 was hands down better than GD.
It didn't get no realer than those early cash money days.

One of those "impact" classics.
Not sure how well the music would hold up to me in this day and age but it was banging then, had huge/classic singles, sold well and helped really solidify that movement. Not all "classics" are non-skip albums, there's different criteria at least to me than puts an album there besides "replay value".
I'll never forget getting into the ride with my grandma and popping that cd in....MA-MA MAKE MAKE MAKE CRACK LIKE DIS!
