SPCM was a great debut with some certified classic tracks like Get Up Get Out, Crumblin Erb, Playaz Ball but tok much gunplay and the mix was trash

Stankonia was above average but it had a lil too much filler

That’s your opinion. All Kast albums are arguably classics. You can’t say that about any other artist or group outside a very select few.

I've always found it funny when I've come across people professing to be OutKast fans who couldn't tell you anything that came before Stankonia. I've had to put people on to their first three albums because they'd never heard them despite supposedly being fans. There were a lot of Johnny-come-latelys who jumped on the bandwagon after Stankonia won the Best Rap Album Grammy and Speakerboxx/Love Below won Album of the Year, who didn't even know they had any earlier material.

well to be fair, it is almost like a tale of two cities. Their first 3 albums are nothing like the ones after. Aquemeni was a combination of old and new but it was truer in spirit to the old stuff.

UGK n Outkast both have two classics, a strong but flawed debut and a solid 4th album.

Both top 5 as far as groups

I loved that 1st album. It's actually my favorite but sound quality goes to ATLiens hands down.
