Why do we always have to look at this one way or take several things into prespective when it comes to Luck? bu bu but they were 2-14 last year, bu bu but rookie recivers

Whereas nikkas try to nitpick at Wilson and RG3's heels with strawmen arguements?

I don't give a fukk how bad the Colts were last season. nikka we're in THIS season. Look objectively: Luck throwing out these Stafford/Romo preformances and squeaking out wins against bad teams.

It's RG3 and Wilson right now.

If we're being objective, you have to look at everything...

the Colts do not have a running game....it is much easier to defend the pass when you have no running threat to worry about, thats common sense...the Colts have no threatening running game, thats why Andrew Luck AVERAGES 41 PASS ATTEMPTS A GAME...you want to sit here and compare the efficiency of quarterback that has thrown the ball 500 times to a guy who has thrown it 315....its no surprise he's more efficient than Luck...but, Luck has shown he is the better quaterback, he's shown a better arm, higher IQ, and he can make all the throws...not to mention, he has the clutch factor

i agree with this thread. based on this season alone, RG3 is in a class of his own and so far, Russel > Luck

oops my mistake....that was the year before last, but in any case...

but lets be real here...The Seahawks defense is one of the best in the league and they have a running game

Im not an Andrew Luck apologist or anything, but dude has been a one-man show on offense....as a Cowboys fan I can tell you, its hard to be a good QB without a running game..throwing for 4,000 yards as a rookie is impressive...

again, the Colts were the worst team in the league last year...now theyre in the playoff hunt...and they made no huge, glaring moves other than picking Luck

:what: they have a new GM, new headcoach, and new offensive coordinator. Dallas Clark and Addai who were staples of the last glory days in Indy are gone. No need to hate on Luck to prop up Robert, he's doing well enough for himself.

That said, I do agree with the fact that RG3 should win if the Redskins make the playoffs. Russell should get some consideration too.

Seattle We Run You Nyggas Ask Russel Wilson
Dont play dumb this anti luck sentiment in the coli is all about race

I do not disagree with you, that's why based purely on stats and performance it still is RG3. If you want to add in all the,"who does more" "game manager" "running quarterback" "gimmick offense" etc you are asking for race issues to be brought into the discussion because more time than not those have been code words for we don't really think the black guy is better.

Go straight off the eye test and this thread makes sense. :Manny:

ANy idiot who knows football knows comparing just stats in a sport with so many variables is idiotic

Luck is asked to do so much more then Wilson and even RG3

RG3 is just playing on a higher level then either luck or Wilson right now. He's already elite At the 2 things I value most in QB's: Accuracy and Not turning the ball over

here we go framing things to Luck's advantage again.

Let's face it, Rg3 will never NOT have a running game due to the nature of his play. The offense plays around his unique ability as a big play running threat. Since someone will have to clue in on RG3, it will leave on less guy on Morris. I don't wanna hear the "bu bu but Luck doesn't have a run game" excuse. RG3 IS the run game too. He's almost got 1000 rush yards to prove it. With someone like that as an option to break EVERY PLAY even Vick Ballard and Donald Brown could produce in our offense.

Yall wanna play this "if RG3 was playing like THIS" or "If Luck didn't have to play like THAT" game. Naw. fukk 'if'. The most objective thing here is numbers. Regardless of the number of attempts RG3 is outplaying Luck.

In fact, with damn near 200 more chances, somehow Luck can only manage to TIE RG3 for TD throws and throw 4 times as many picks.

:laff: @ the bolded though. Yall nikkas must not watch colts games either. Most of Luck's picks I saw (two of them last week) were from him underthrowing his reciever on the deep ball.

Edit: Tl;dr: If you have to put things into "prespective" and use "if" as a variable to make Luck's case, he doesn't HAVE a case. RG3's play speaks for itself.

The point was that THESE Colts are almost COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the 2011 Colts, aside from keeping some of the veterans. So the whole "they were the worst team in the league last year" argument doesn't really work.

Point blank RG3 is rookie of the year right now.

fukk around and say russ ain't got the clutch factor
:comeon:

I didnt say that but the stats show Luck has 5 game winning drives this year and Russell has 2

thats why Im so impressed with Luck, because his margin for error is so thin..he doesnt have a decent defense to rely on, or a running game but he's still getting it done...

name me 1 reason why I should have expected the Colts would be in playoff contention this year, nobody did...and to know he's played a monumental in 5 of the 8 wins they have, its impressive

:heh: I havent mentioned RG3 once in this entire thread, he's obviously been better than Luck this year in damn near every category....im discussing Russell Wilson and Andrew Luck

again nobody is arguing against RG3...

but youre foolish to think the Colts are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT....they have some of the same bum azz niccas they had last year when they had that sorry ass record...a bum is a bum no matter who coaching
