It's like watching organs carved out of a still-living, beautiful thing. I remember reading American Gods years ago. When I heard they were making a show I went back and re-read it and was sure there was no way that show is anything but trash. And against all odds, it was great. And since the end of season one, they have just been systematically tearing parts out of it like they're trying to see how much can be taken and it continues to live - like a strange experiment. Fuller, which took the show's Media and Easter... the increased focus on the wife and the fukking leprechaun - fitting its the worst part of the show since it's the thing that isn't in the source material - and now fukking Anansi?!

Orlando Jordan was the reason the show got burn in season one for that first speech. shyt blew up on twitter and got people watching even if they didn't read the book or know anything about it. Dude comes in clutch in season 2 and writes on the show, and then they toss him out the window for season 3?

This has to be purposeful. If it isn't, my god what a comedy of errors. They finna lose more over this nonsense than they saved not giving Fuller that budget increase before season 2... so at this point, it couldn't have been worth it.

Oh. And Ricky can go out like Ricky in Boyz n the Hood for all I care. fukk that nikka off top forever and always because he had the audacity to tapdance after he went the same route on that CW show. The gall of this limey mulatto fukk
