First off, Tony Parker is better than Rondo.

Secondly, what exactly is overrated about Rose's game?

Third, like I said. Kyrie has no one to pass to that can complete for shyt. Especially with Sideshow out for the season.

John Wall plays for the Wizards and averaged over 8 assists per game.

The "no one to pass" argument doesn't equate for guys who naturally look to set guys up.

:childplease:

Rose at his best was averaging 25/8 breh. Nobody's overrating him putting him in their top whatever of PGs.
On terrible efficiency. Its a joke he was named MVP over Lebron. Rose is the worst MVP ever. Wasn't even top 5 that year. The media credited Rose for the Bull's record when it was their defense that won them games. Dude had games where he shot 5/21 and they still won, but the media was never going to give Bron the MVP that year.

Durant, Howard and Lebron were all better MVP candidates than Rose.

Rubio shouldn't be in anybody's "elite" PG list.

And I'm not even gonna address Jordan Crawford.

is this your list in general?

Pretty much in that order, but I wasn't including Rose because he's not playing. And how I came up with this list is look at each point guards total offensive contribution by adding their ppg to their apg multiplied by two. I used that because they are pretty evenish when it comes rebounds and turnovers, Paul is .6 ahead of everybody in steals. When looking at their offensive contribution, the list aligns itself which is also directly inline with the NBA efficiency ratings for each PG, except Westbrook ahead of Paul using my calculation.

I put Westbrook below Paul because my calculation is not exactly a parallel to exactly what you see. Taking into consideration their intangibles, my eye test, their leadership ability and the fact that youngsabo greenlights himself :youngsabo: into taking 18 shots per game, while Paul only takes 12 per game, therefore if Paul was a shoot first point guard more akin to Sabo he would average 20+ like he did in the NO.

:snoop: Can Kyrie pass better than Rubio? Rubio would dominate on any team with a decent core and Crawford is a baller with the clutch gene. Kyrie never hits big shots

For one, Kyrie already has game winners under his belt.

And Irving isn't as good of a passer as Rubio is (few are), but the rest of Rubio's game leaves a lot to be desired. Irving is a threat all of the time he has the rock; Rubio isn't a threat to score on you at all. And if Rubio doesn't have the ball in his hand, you don't even have to worry about him.

I'm not saying Rubio won't BECOME elite (though I do have my doubts), I'm just saying right now he isn't a top point guard, and I can't see anybody making a legitimate argument that he is.
