Pretty much in that order, but I wasn't including Rose because he's not playing. And how I came up with this list is look at each point guards total offensive contribution by adding their ppg to their apg multiplied by two. I used that because they are pretty evenish when it comes rebounds and turnovers, Paul is .6 ahead of everybody in steals. When looking at their offensive contribution, the list aligns itself which is also directly inline with the NBA efficiency ratings for each PG, except Westbrook ahead of Paul using my calculation.
I put Westbrook below Paul because my calculation is not exactly a parallel to exactly what you see. Taking into consideration their intangibles, my eye test, their leadership ability and the fact that youngsabo greenlights himself
into taking 18 shots per game, while Paul only takes 12 per game, therefore if Paul was a shoot first point guard more akin to Sabo he would average 20+ like he did in the NO.
