pacman is a glorified slugger that would get out classed. brawlers just dont stand a chance against Floyds technical boxing. It would have to be someone like a young upcoming BHOP style fighter. Someone smart that won't get hit by Floyds jab, put Floyd in an awkward position to move forward and throw combos, hopefully slip up a little open up a counter fight.

A bigger fighter that understands how to cut off the ring, with foot speed to constantly turn mayweather and not allow him to measure distance gives him the most issues. Hatton with his one of a kind foot speed was the closet to this, Hatton didnt have those hands to make his raw natural abilities work in that match, he didnt really put his shots together well combo wise he was more a of a thudding one punch pivot move punch, side step circle dig the body type of fighter.......

That Hatton foot work unpredictability gave Mayweather problems.......
