Yo same shyt here, I started like 2 weeks ago taking it before I work out and I've seen gains in both strength and size. The second week has been slower since the first one, feels like my body is starting to build tolerance to it, I'm not sure if thats possible anyone know?

You def build a tolerance to it. Personally I dont see the point, you will be dependent on the shyt forever. And a lot of the weight is just water.

Agreed, I think I'm gonna take less and less of it until I'm off completely off so I don't drop weight too fast. If u need to get big fast it works, but for long term use that shyt wack imo plus that shyt made me look mad puffy :takedat:

according to the hodge twince the bro science states that it takes 2 years for your body to get used to it

def cosigns the puffiness...i never liked the way i look after being on creatine....did wonders for my strength and recovery though

From my experience with creatine...He'll lose the initial weight gain 5-10lbs because its actually water retention.

I've used creatine since I started training and never had any water retention on it. :manny:

Then again I drink a lot of water. For you guys who have had water retention what's your sodium intake like?

Doesnt creatine increase muscle volume by drawing water in? thats the weight im referring to not the puffy face stuff.
