for anybody who knows much about construction (not the same as renovation), if it was supposed to be complete in 2023, then 1 year behind is not really unheard of. constructions are damn near always behind schedule. someone always getting sued for millions of dollars lol

I mean, he was a car thief in New Jersey and somehow people believed all of this
