Nothing wrong with a demanding coach but a coach who players don't respect is a whole other issue. Furthermore chip's system is not sustainable in the NFL, no clue why you're such a big fanboy of his.

i disagree, 2 seasons at 10-6 is pretty good... and considering he had garbage qb's both those seasons is impressive as f*ck.

foles wasn't garbage...and his roster was much more talented the first two years. he's not doing shyt with our current roster (to be fair, no one is), but you still haven't looked at how terrible his defense performed in that system, gassed as fukk in every second half. as a team that has more experience/luck building a defense (baalke is still in charge), he's not the man. anyway, chip isn't coming here, the FO aint fukking around with another potential malcontent

If you think Harbs had "personal conflict" with ownership and players "were tired of his system" chip is that times 10...no thanks. I don't know how you can be excited for a coach who clearly displayed he doesn't understand managing NFL talent/players. Secondly, his system is unsustainable for a defense...why even put our rebuilding defense in that position.

The main problem the FO and Jed had with Harbaugh was that he was kinda "brisk" with them and he practically bytched, played, and treated our owner like a p*ssy or a boy at any time the opportunity presented itself.

I think it's safe to say it's doubtful Chip will never come as close to dropping the level of ether on them guys that Jim did. You can tell behind closed doors. Herbs is the kind of cat that will keep it gully and 100, Chip will probably politic and at worse scheme. The "smile in your face" type
