let me clarify
he needs to work with baalke to get the right fit, offensively he can attract players but not defensively
even though mccoy hates chip he loved playing in his offense. thankfully hyde is a similar rb but bigger.
its not like baalke is just going to stand there and allow him to get rid of talent, at the end of the day he still makes all the personnel decisions
honestly there isnt much talent to get rid of on offense at least
its encouraging chip raved about ellington and brown

One thing i like about Chip is that he got rid of a jackass like Jackson, never liked that dude whatsoever. McCoy i had no beef with.
I think Chip can utilize some players like Hayne/Ellington and i`d like to see what he does with the TE's.
With AD coming back the line will be better, so it`ll be interesting to see what this offense is capable of
getting rid of jackson started his downfall though, he was never able to replaced him.
in his offense you need a guy who can spread the field for all those crossing routes he likes to run
i like to see them spend a least a second or third on a wr because there isnt anybody who can play opposite torrey right now. i have hopes for smelter but he hasnt played so you dont know what your getting with him.
Jackson always been extremely limited and not worth the money or the trouble. In 2014 they had the same record as 2013, Jackson had not much effect at all.
His real downfall was putting his faith in Sam Bradford
