I don't know why y'all keep taking this LastEmpt dude seriously. He tried to go at Colin because he wore a shirt promoting children's literacy at a kids award show simply because it had the word "swag" on it . He keeps promoting this narrative of perpetual regression when it was exposed as a lie. He claims it's a money issue, yet we have the 5th most cap space in the league and Colin took a very team friendly contract. He's not arguing based on facts or reality, he obviously has a personal problem with Kap. I mean, just look at his avi and custom title dude is either high grade trolling or losing it.

What great defense are you imaging?

The same defense that put this team in a giant hole against Atl or the great defense that threw up on themselves in the super bowl? The defense was trash when it really counted. Do we blame fangio or the players?

Defense was not trash 2nd half in ATL, it was lights out.

Most certainly was garbage in the SB, especially the first half.

Colin was a major factor in why we made the run we did, but that was FOUR YEARS AGO.

Since then his production has diminished year after year after year. So just like I don't ignore the fact Colin was a huge factor to the SB run, don't ignore the factor that after that 2012 season he has never been the same and we haven't seen plenty of piss poor games where he is throwing for 160 yards on 12-23 pass attempts and zero touchdowns

There were games where he either did his thing or played well enough not to lose the game but then the Defense collasped and we lost. Then the 1st things cats say is "Bu bu its Kaeps fault.... look at him!! BUUUUUUUUUM!"

No, you put up 4 TD's against the Chargers and even the D gets one..... there is no way in HELL the D is supposed to allow a team to come back from that deficit.

You go into the fukking 4th quarter against the Bears after leading the squad to a 20-7 lead, there is NO WAY IN HELL in the 4th quarter the D should give up 3 TD's.

And so on and so on.

Yup.

Giving up on Kaep and starting over AGAIN with the personnel decisions and front office fukkery over the last couple of years does not make me feel good about our outlook if he gets traded.

And while QB Rating is a cyse, ESPN's QBR isn't as it really takes into all factors.

2012 - 7th best in the league
2013 - 6th best in the league
2014 - 14th
2015 - (team was trash, but his QBR was still better than Flabbert )

Yep, stopped talking to that clown a long time ago. The thing about him though is 9er board is full of folk just like him. When we were winning and people were ragging on Kaep for his post game attire and making connections to him as a person through his dress, I knew what time it was.

i feel like the relationship between kaep and the 9ers is beyond repair right now. i don't think kaep will be all in as long as he's with the 9ers. it's probably best for both of them to go their separate ways now. hopefully they at least get some value back if they trade him

I just hate how cats in here are acting like Kaep has been the main and sole reason for this teams failures like "we're a GOOD QB away from being elite"

If that was really the case, why couldnt Gabbert come through and go either undefeated in his run or atleast lose at worst 2 games and have us in the Playoffs driving us deep?

This dude came in, played against weaker teams (as it was been acknowledged the 2nd half of the season was gonna be softer), and didnt really make any dramatic improvements.

That should've been the final nail in the coffin that the issues are far beyond a QB at this point for this team.

Everyone keeps acknowledging that he play great in 2012..... "bu bu bu bu but that was 4 years ago!"

So the fukk what, if we know he can be that with that type of backing..... WHY THE fukk WOULD WE NOT RECREATE THE SAME shyt THAT LEAD TO WHAT HELPED HIM AND EVERYONE BE fukkING SUCCESSFUL?

after getting fired in philly, if he doesnt make changes he'll fail again. i think hes going to try to change as a person but we all know leopards dont change their spots

I'm more concerned with our RBs, ok is Hyde gonna be the person we were really hoping Lattimore was gonna be? Do we keep Bush? Is JH gonna show dramatic improvement in year 2?

What about our WR? Is this the year Boldin drops off? Are Simpson and other still gonna drop passes? Is someone gonna finally step up?

Our TE? Not really sold on them?

Do you finally get a fukking consistent pass push.... cats keep saying "its a passing league" well on defense its a Pass Rushing league... if you dont have pass rushers, no matter how great your D is, it wont mean shyt.

Also, are our DB's gonna show more since we going up against cats that are lighting them up. Will the Defense even be able to hold teams down or stop falling apart in the 4th quarter?

As for these issues mentioned

RB: Hyde deserves the job and we all want to see what he can do, or if he can stay healthy, with a full year. I think Draughn and Hayne should be back, everyone else can bounce and draft another RB in the 4th round or so, cause Mike Davis don't look like shyt to me.

WR: Goodbye Boldin, it was nice, you were good, but no reason to re-sign him at this point. Patton and Ellington, make or break year, they're small and Chip ain't into small WR's. Torrey Smith, we're kinda fukked on that one. We need to draft some WR help or sign someone.

TE: Celek & McDonald actually were showing some decent signs with Gabbert as QB, I wouldn't mind going into 2016 with more of a focus on these two.
