This looks pretty clear to me. His last video shows him leaving the country; so they scheduled ahead of time to come for him out of fear of escaping. Blaming it on his flossing is incorrect, many of us don't flaunt openly because it can hurt our potential earnings; with high income comes a very busy schedule where flaunting online isn't a main concern/time consuming.
If he was guilty of an actual crime they would have arrested him. It's played in this format because now he is on the flight risk list. All of the money he has hiding or they believe is missing from their books, will need to be used to cover up maintain a cost of living and they can further track where his physical cash has went.
