Couldnt be me breh I'd have brought tons of crypto, put it on paper and or leave to a non extradition country, and even if they came for me leave that shyt for my sons in the future and tell them to go overseas and use it there... fukk it... how hard is it NOT to stunt. :snoop::why:

Every time somebody gets in trouble you have brehs on the coli talking about what they coulda shoulda woulda did when they’ve never been involved in anything close to these kind of situations.

It’s not easy at all to just launder money through crypto. It actually leaves more of a paper trial than you think and is a quick way to get busted. It’s also not easy just to fly to somewhere like Cuba or some shyt when the feds are already on your ass.

:russ: Especially a place like Cuba. Why not somewhere mundane like Iowa?

I don’t know if this thread has been created but would you:

A) live like a king for 10-15 years of your adulthood and then do life for your money laundering crimes.

or:

B) Live an average life, just getting by but never going to prison?

Omi didn't get 10-15 years of this balling.

He had about 5

Omi should have learned the first time. And if you doing something highly illegal it's called having a contingency plan. :comeon: dude comeon

The feds stacked those charged against him severely, for maximum leverage, but in all likelihood, he's not going to get 30 years for pirating software. That would never happen. Clean record, or clean enough. What will hurt him is, the financial aspect, that it's a $30 million fraud as opposed to $1 million, it's aggregated for dollar amount at sentencing. He's going to plead and probably get 60 months to 120 months, but he's going to have to come home and hustle, because any plea agreement is going to be conditional upon a full and accurate accounting of the money stolen, he may get away with some money hidden somewhere, but not millions and millions.

it's likely after all the years, sharing with the codefendants, there is no 10 million stash, that's likely his entire proceeds, for the 5 year long scheme, 30 m's/3. So, 5 years of spending, minus lawyer fees, restitution, and just surviving when that money ran out.

Oh for real? Damn. Freedom is priceless to me. I’ve done well for myself but I could’ve easily gotten to this point years ago, if I associated with certain “characters”.

As tempting as it was, I knew in the long term it wasn’t worth it. Those same “characters” have now disappeared off the face of the earth.

Dude fukked up way too many times.

The whole illegal streaming service is one thing, but to not pay your taxes and try and fukk the IRS is not it.

Then he basically put the feds on his ass flaunting his cars and money :snoop:

Outta sight outta mind.

I was gonna make thread about these hole in the wall businesses, that have been operating for years despite hardly having any customers.

They’re a clear front for money laundering but as long as they pay their “taxes” to both Uncle Sam and the Feds/Law, they get left alone.

Once you miss a tax payment or get too ostentatious, they come down on your ass.

My cousin’s best friend had a car wash which hardly had any customers, but the way he stunted, you would’ve thought he was the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.

It was actually comical seeing him drive into his car wash with the latest ride and Armani suits and Gucci shoes, in stark contrast to his run down car wash.:mjlol:

Breh got too flashy and got a long sentence.:snoop:
