the part where he discovers he has a trash accountant. happens to a lot of people who get money fast and don't take the time to educate themselves or get involved in their own money management. so many stories of athletes and entertainers getting robbed or done dirty by their accountants.

wesley snipes got hemmed up by the irs, kd was getting robbed by his accountant, the list goes on.

if you're not connected, or have accountants who can play the game, or have dirt on folks, you can't be out here under audit for years and being flashy. even trump eventually gonna get caught.

at least dude still has a skillset and other investments to bounce back with. good luck to him.

This has less to do with him and everything to do with GearsTV. Just like they came at megaupload, they came for Gears. Nothing about who he is, is what got him caught up. IPTV isn't illegal so they saying he didn't pay his taxes to get him bumped. He said only 2016 taxes have defaulted and he thought he had til the end of the year to fix it.

FEDS and IRS dirty as shyt but we have known this for years it ain't shyt you can really do when they want you they will dig up something minor and make it a large issue.

Copyright shyt from one of his Gears TV apps. They came at him for his servers like Megaupload. The grey area is that he didnt save, copy or reproduce the channels which IS defined as a crime. He only streamed the channels that he actually bought. Not saving it to a server is the loop hole he was talking about. Whether or not that case goes anywhere is up in the air because there has to be precedence (there may be already) it was enough to at least get indicted regardless of if it sticks. Just like Capone, the feds didnt have a case against him so they threw the IRS at his books and got him locked up for tax evasion cause they were off. Not a great example but you get what im saying. FBI put the IRS on Omi and his accountant had fukked him.

Breh most of his assets that were seized could potentially be auctioned off.So with every missed payment you have late payment fees and the interest that is added on top.Plus legal and admin fees.And he has to deal with the whole copyright streaming case.I fee like the system will try and make an example out of him.

Unless he figures out a way to pay off the full amount that he owes to the irs.His cars and his other assets that are not on finance will have to be auctioned off to contribute towards paying the debt.Add on the multiple late payment fees which can go up to 25 percent so that is a quarter of the full amount that you owe which is added. Plus they add interest to the debt.Legal fees and admin and storage fees(they charge you for taking your shyt) and it will all add up and it is going to be a crazy amount.
