My mom was an AKA, I never got a chance to pledge. It is like any other social club once you cross over. You can get some good connections from it, life long friends, etc.. They have things that they do in the community too. It is a lot of money. There wasn't as much hazing back then. She was in the founding chapter at a university down her so I am sure they didn't have to do that much.

Yea the money killed a nikka pockets and my grades, sleep, social life took a beating during the process but it was well worth it. You will have so many groupies throwing the p*ssy your way just because and later on I was able to to find work easy because we everywhere
