it's a beautiful thing. when I don't feel like doing power lifts I do these, even though they are much harder. You can do MUCH less weight with O-lifts and be worn out in 6 reps or less. I mainly do high pulls cause cleans fukk my wrists. them shyts make your punches really powerful.
