Larry bird was more a prescient fear of racism.
Past that obvious prescient Apparent fear and danger.
All of us as black people experience.
There have never been any frfr.

So. Cal
anyone listing players after Bird needs to go back to school and get a degree in learning how to read thread titles properly.

So is the assumption by most posters here that the Black community disrespected the majority of the NBA until the 1970s? Bob Cousy, Bob Pettit, Jerry West, we're saying no one Black respected then even in their own era...but somehow Havlicek or Mullin moved the needle???

Any white player after Bird is irrelevant. Bird set that standard. Dude won 3 MVPs in a row and 2 titles I believe. Even the biggest haters couldn't deny that.

Before him is interesting. I wonder if Logo was respected.
Any American white player would be better. There's been great European players after Bird.

And you figured this how?

I chose Havilcek because he was the oldest player in the NBA for a good run, and still scoring. And you know how Black people use too respect their elders, regardless of color. But personally, we couldn't stand the Celtics.

Respected vs fukked with are different.

Like a few folks on here mentioned: Chris Mullin and Jason Williams.

I don't think I've heard a single cat have something bad to say about Chris Mullin.

In hindsight Bird, but not while he was playing.
