I"m certain some of you haven't said anything about certain things you've encountered in the work place unless you had the backing of a union.
This is a 21 year old kid who emotionally went on twitter to voice his issues rather than build a consensus and strategically move forward with a plan.

i was arguing with a white boy on the Loic podcast gram page, it’s like dude, these kids are not always in a position to say all that they feel or deal with at that time, he’s a tenured coach with full administrative backing, wasn’t shyt bout to shake, but because all this shyt is going on now mufuggas gotta listen, i can’t be mad at Chubba for making a business or personal decision, he’s still a kid living in Stillwater and having to play for this coach that could freeze him out, or talk bad about him to nfl executives

Players should attend HBCU schools, the days of playing in front of 100k and ragging (white/non black) fans are over with...with the lack of fans attending these games, the money/sponsors will dry up.
School budgets which come mostly from the football program will dry up, coaches salaries will dry up.
You will be playing in front of 10k-20k, which is the same amount of fans at these HBCU games.
These big schools can risk cramming 100k in their stands, but that only will heighten the chances of getting the virus, and as a parent of a black child, what are you getting out this by sending your child to these racist ass schools?? Nothing.
