he also expressed remorse and took a plea deal. people don't understand these things go a long way with judges... i don't know what's so hard for people to understand
I don’t see his sentence being anything special, dui drivers rarely get severely punished.

usually because DUIs that result in a death are not dumb enough to goto court. you will get stamped out if it's not a first offense or you try to fight it

IIRC. The victim's family spoke on Henry Ruggs behalf. With that said I hope he gets sober and gets his life together.
That’s fair but this website says the partnership started in 2010. That was exact time Donte Stallworth situation happened (he was suppended for the 2009 season and reinstated in 2010). They ain’t protest Stallworth playing. I think it’s a possibility especially if Ruggs got good pr to try to spin it right.
