Statements like that show a mindset and actually contribute to the problem. There are a myriad of reasons why all kinds of crimes (not just rape) are not reported. As far as your question, I cannot scientifically answer that question because I do not do that kind of work. Ask the people who are paid to perform the statistical research that states what I said.
Listen, I'm going to give you an out. The only way you can say rape goes unreported is if you claim that even ONE rape that goes unreported makes it 'undereported.' As far as there being some mass under reporting of rape, that shyt is obviously a lie. The reason people say rape goes unreported is that women will claim they were raped years down the line, often not naming their attacker, so their word (much like when it is reported) is taken as the truth. It's a load of bullshyt.

This is obviously not a rape. Nobody wants to hear it, but a shyt ton of women ARE actually raped. fukk yeah there are false accusations like this one... but the amount of actual rapes is significant as well.

Because until the case is cleared, she's considered a victim in the eyes of the law. It's just the way it is in this country.
It's just like when a man that may eventually be found innocent is initially given a perp walk in front of the press so EVERYONE in the world can see his face and him in cuffs being lead to the back of a police cruiser. The accused don't seem to have as many rights as the accusers it seems.

Funny how they had to change the story up a bit when they alleged the guy who took the original photo just filmed a rape and didn't do anything about it. I remember they had his photo on the page and all.
