I don't remember the rules completely. But I didn't have to do the duty anymore period because the pandemic came along. I just know once you're selected you can't say no and are obligated to be there lol shyt was weird when I saw it in the mail. So I'm not too surprised they were strict on that person for skipping out on it like that.
