Allocution is different than cooperating. A plea is going to require to admit the existence of a conspiracy, for you to be able to plea. Drug trafficking, RICO, whatever. You cannot plead guilty to something that doesn't exist.

Whether that works for YSL guys, is another story lol

For example, if there's a conspiracy between 5 members of a Mexican drug trafficking organization, one or all of them, can admit they trafficked drugs and there was a conspiracy, without cooperation.
