I like the judge. He about as fair as a judge you gonna get. He straight telling them boys what I sentence you to isn’t because I don’t like you or I’m trying to use you as an example or anything. I have to give you the max because im required by law to if found guilty at trial. A lot of judges don’t even feel like they owe you an explanation especially with the world watching. He does a great job explaining the opportunity they have in front of them and the importance of their decision making in case they truly stand by rejecting that plea. I like how he handled that.

They obtained a piece of evidence illegally. It’s already been throw out by the judge and can’t be used as evidence. They have much more evidence though. Plus witnesses and snitches ready to testify.
