He can testify but we already saw Woody walk around similar questions while testifying

Like I said a lot of the shyt he was saying were just things he added on without being asked, he seems slow forreal

Woody did not take a plea deal like he did (or was part of the indictment), so he had way more wiggle room to talk.

You're talking about stuff the prosecution asks him directly, yes he has to give them a real answer

I'm talking about him continuing to speak and add in things that weren't asked yet



And it turns out she wasn't supposed to read any questions from that plea deal to begin with and got scolded by the judge
