I'm not familiar with the Flash mythos but on the last episode why was Kid Flash so much slower than Impulse and Flash?

I just assumed it was cuz he was rusty lol.

Though Barry Allen (The Flash in the show) was always considered to be the greatest/most powerful Flash. Dude outran death and did all sorts of crazy shyt in the comics. He is also the more serious Flash when compared to Wally.

Wally was the Flash in the Justice League/U animated series.

Barry is the fastest but Wally is suppose to have more potential it goes. I know they nerfed Wally west seriously though in this cartoon, in some incarnations he's more or less equal to Barry now. Hence, him doning the tights and speedforce.
