Multiple eye witnesses all saying the same/similar thing wouldn't be a tabloid thing. I mean before there were cameras everywhere that's how credible news got reported. Even the 1980s would fall into that.What are they going to say? Well, first I haven't seen the movie so maybe they will retcon some things who knows but from the trailer she is taking out security cameras.
They could say "an amazonian woman saved us all" but I think if I was a tabloid even I'd beat that notion.
