Trailer was solid I guess. Not really tryna watch her beat up normal folk for an hour and a half again til she finally fights someone sort of on her lvl. That’s always the drawback of non Batman dc flicks. If they’re not fighting their counterparts it’s just a bunch of one hitter quitters against humans and that gets boring quick.

Wonder Woman is proof female led films can be hits. Just gotta be dope. And yes, the first movie was easily better than Captain Marvel and the first Captain America movie. A couple others too (Thor 2, Hulk, Iron Man 2 ). Plus I’m down for anything Ancient Greek related

Easily, the nostalgia was light in that shyt. The trailer already did.

Yeah they basically threw in a blockbuster and a pager and called it the 80s. By the time i got to the end of movie i had forgotten it was a period film.

Wonder Woman has always been an icon and that was her first live action film. Woman led film, yeah, but I always saw it as an exception because so many people were already familiar with the character and liked her.

That won't be hard to do

Captain Marvel needed a better and more compelling central conflict tbh. The amnesia angle also hurt the character imo.

The Bruce Wayne part I think will be retconned, we'll just have to wait and see how they explain Steve Trevor.

She's hiding in plain sight. She went in the mall and took some bad guys out but also destroyed all the security footage.

What are they going to say? Well, first I haven't seen the movie so maybe they will retcon some things who knows but from the trailer she is taking out security cameras.

They could say "an amazonian woman saved us all" but I think if I was a tabloid even I'd be at that notion.
