I have one. I think they are nice for bottles that are a little bit too tannic. If you drink a lot of wine it's probably a decent investment for about $30 or so. But the change in taste when you use one is usually quite subtle. It won't turn a bottle of Skinny Girl into an Opus One.

Threw that idea in the bushes when i found out i already has 2 decanters in the crib.

I was over a friends crib and someone brought this .

Didnt have a chance to try it before i left.

yep, it's (lambrusco) an italian sparkling red, and every time i've had some it was served chilled.

i don't see a lot of it around very often and the stores i frequent never have a great selection on hand. but there is a restaurant near my old apartment in gramercy/flat iron area (manhattan) called via emilia and they have a very nice variety of it. great spot. i miss nyc :(

from what i understand it's produced in a variety of tastes across the tannin spectrum so you can get some that are really sweet, some that are more dry and everything in between. i personally don't know them well at all though so when i go to that spot and order it i always defer to the server.

never had Lambrusco. i do have a dessert recipe that calls for it tho...when i get a chance to make it in a few months.... i'll let u know what i think of it.

This is a video of him breaking down some Texas wines to the molecular level.

fukk was I thinking drinking any other white apart from sauvignon blanc of course :noah:

I'm still a baby breh that leap to red is coming :takedat:
