A quarter will definitely fukk you up if it's some high grade. When I make em I just use an eighth and one brownie will have me melting into my bed for 4-6 hours. All depends on the quality of the cannabis.

Some people like to use up to a 1/2 but it's all dependent upon your tolerance. I can smoke one blunt by myself and be good for a good while but someone else might need 3 to get on the same level. I'd say do some research by googling, grasscity is a good place to start and reddit has a huge weed community with a lot of growers and what not.
