No I'm not and not sure why people consider this war a "lose" when USA imperialism WON by ousting the Saddam govt... Since then Iraq has basically been a unofficial USA colony.
The objective was just to get Saddam out of Kuwait and that is exactly what happened. It's a win. However, the only win for the US since the end of WWII
