Yea it seems that’s how they are setting it up but Negan will still have that story line from the comics here he interacts with Beta and sweet talks Alpha.

rick is not there and Michonne is leaving so my guess is, he brings back Alpha to Carol or some variation like that.

This might be the best Episode since I can't even remeber when. Got early season vibes and I didn't fast forward at all.

Alpha might be the goat villain of the series, even better than Negan. She really sells the bad person vibes.
