I thought it was cool, nothing really exciting but was cool to see, they were gonna do this episode at some point, better now then right after it starts to heat up so it doesn’t kill any momentum or piss of fans like it did with the governor backstory episodes just as the prison battle was gonna happen

Just completed season 9.
The series had been on a horrible decline for a while but it really paid off to replace the show runner. Season 9 was damn good
I had to force myself to watch the 8th season which had like 3 good episodes with the rest being piss poor filler episodes but im on board again and actually hyped for the walking dead again. Never thought Id say this again
