jalek still hasnt arrived on campus. not a mention in any of the pickup game reports against alums. someone asked the main moderator on IC what is going on with that and he is being really cryptic. said they're finishing up a story explaining what is happening.

hoping it is much ado about nothing but it seems like bad news

Yeah I thought that was kinda odd when I saw the photo from one of the alumi games. Uncle Raymond was front and center in the pic, but no sign of Jalek. What kinda bad news could it be? Didn't qualify? Hope that transfer to Gray didn't fukk up something.

Jalek Felton, North Carolina's highest-rated 2017 signee, is delaying his arrival date in Chapel Hill.

Multiple sources confirmed the 6-4 guard will not attend second summer session. He is instead expected to enroll for the fall semester in August.

The reason for the delay, according to multiple sources close to the situation, is academic-related.

"There are some things he has to finish up," one of the sources said.

i will believe he plays when i see it. my buddy has a friend who used to teach at his old high school and he said that jalek is one of the worst students he has ever seen.
