So we had probably the best fight in LHW history. A super close, back and forth war with both fighters giving it their all and showing tremendous heart, but somehow 'Gus quit and gave up mentally'

idk about the giving up mentally part but Gus was wobbly in the 4th

Jones aint scared of gus he wants guys to earn it people act like gus was the champ and lost or something

Yea his heart jammed in the champion rounds which is what allowed jones to win.

But that fight gave Jones the heart he needed to stand and bang with Glover, who he deciminated. I doubt gus could do that to glover.

Gus would beat Glover pretty handily.

Getting hurt/tired ≠ giving up.

He got hit with a few clean, hard shots that dazed him. But, he still pushed through. Getting hurt/dazed and then continuing to fight is the definition of heart.
