dude said he knew he couldn't beat the charges... if he was innocent, why would it be guaranteed he could not beat the charges...? if he was innocent he should at least have a puncher's chance... but if he was guilty, which he most likely was, eh.... of course he plead guilty.....

the motto for 2023....? "everything a conservative says is projection".....

The average prison sentence for a felony conviction so far is 33 months, according to a Washington Post database.

And the judges in U.S. District Court in Washington, despite harsh words for the convicted defendants about the historic impact of their actions, have gone below federal prosecutors’ sentencing recommendations in more than three-quarters of the cases so far, and below the advisory sentencing guidelines nearly 40 percent of the time.
