I live in a deep red state who supports Trump 70-30 and has Marsha Blackburn as a senator. Better chance of a meteor hitting me than that happening. It's not a necessity to have more Dems if the ones already there won't do anything to actually protect democracy and uphold the actual rule of law. Congress was the only body who could legally remove a president from office. That's why Mueller punted to Congress after admitting Trump as guilty and should be prosecuted.
He doesn't hold an office to be removed from currently (ex president or not) so congress isn't needed in order to punish him for crimes.

It's just bs. They know he took the documents 18 months ago. Had plenty of time to indict and plenty of cases to choose from. Dragged their feet and when Garland had to make a decision on whether to charge, he punted the case which still has to come back to him for charges. It's the ultimate stall tactic.
