I think multiple entities are at fault. The DOJ for not indicting any major players yet. The media with this constant both sideism shyt and not framing it correctly. And Biden for not making the matter more urgent. These people tried an actual coup and may just finish the job come November. Time is running out to do anything about it.

Lack of evidence isn't the issue. No US court is going to indict a major political party that probably 60% of the judges and prosecutors belong to. It's just not going to happen no matter how guilty they are.
And even on the infinitesimal chance it did, it would just be appealed and eventually some higher court with a MAGA judge would toss the case.
