Nah, we have the most medals overall and 2nd most gold. However, some swimming events that the US dominated have been taken over by other countries like Australia, Canada and the UK.
Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte, Nathan Adrian, Cullen Jones, Matt Grevers, Aaron Peirsol, etc were just too GOATED.

Trae Young is out here playing ball against randoms right now. I don't think some players would consider it a waste to go win a medal instead of playing against neighborhood superstars.
The main hurdle they would have to overcome is getting the players to not look at it as a diss by not being on the 5x5 team. I think bench/ 6man types would play right off the bat.

These judges at the Olympics have definitely been biased towards Japan. This Daiki Hashimoto dude should NOT have won the gold medal in gymnastics. He made some huge mistakes yet still received high scores.
