Stop slime. Shane's number 1 goal was to undermine Rick at every decision. He didnt say shyt until after Rick gave out his plans. When it came to true dirty work, Shane wasnt about that life. When Sophia came out that barn, he went and walked away. Rick finished what Shane started, like always.

He told rick they should stop looking for Sophia cause they were wasting time.
He wanted to kill the dude from the gang of rapist while they nursed him back to health so they could set him free,come back with his gang and rape and pillage.
He was going to teach Carl how to shoot which wouldve saved dale from dying from zombie solid snake.
He opened the barn and turned the group from pussies into goons.
He went to a zombie infested school with one guy for backup all to save Carl. Then shot the dude when it was apparent only one would survive.

How you gonna say shooter Shane wasn't about that life?

Numbers don't lie. Shane kept more people alive than rick did with less.

Now people are praising rick for becoming Shane?

Damnnnn...I just saw that last episode last night so I haven't posted in this thread at all. Hershel was definitely one of my favorite characters so I'm pumped to see him still alive. But if he had actually came back as a walker and bit Laurie, it woulda been a worthy way for him to go aside from having some walker in the hallway mysteriously wake up when he's walking by.

I hope they give Hershel a wooden peg leg cause that'd be pretty badass. The other thing I thought was dope, was that Rick finally grew a pair. After seeing what fighting with Shane did to the group and now this guy threatened his life, he had to take him down asap. I think the two prisoners that they let live will join the group at some point. At least the black guy cause he'll be way more useful than the old white guy.

Carl is gonna be a beast until he finally snaps. This episode definitely set up something big happening around Carl either for the rest of this season or at the finale and into next.

Well I hope they're going to be more creative than wooden leg:

Matt Hardy is a better comparison to Shane. Rick is more like Darryl
I dont think Rick would beat his head to a tree just to fake an accident. Shane has lied numerous times just to save his ass and get some ass. The simping got too strong for him...simping aint easy


It seems like every time your role as a leader gets compromised, conflict arises. Shane didnt want to step off his high horse when Rick came back. Herschel didnt want to open up to the group at first when they arrived to his home, and Matt Hardy didnt want to work with Rick in order to make things better for both sides. All of these people put themselves and the people around them in danger just to have a sense of control and power.

People in here post like they are exactly the same. But at the same time, Rick isnt taking any chances, no room for error. He learn from his mistakes from dealing with Shane. He gave Shane too many chances. For some reason, Shane held back because he could of killed Rick at anytime. He can read people's eyes and body language and can tell if they with the bs or not.

I think he is going to work his way up to the comic book Rick eventually, which is worse than Shane

Random note....biggest disappointment about Dale still not being alive is there probably wont be a "Tainted meat" scene...

Kinda sad when you feel more empathy over two throw away characters like Big Tiny and the other black inmate dying then you do over whether or not Hershel is gonna live.

It was a dope episode despite that though...

what makes you feel this way, they werent going be able to help the group out. you seen the bytchassness in the big one when they were handling the zombies and he feel back on some

And the little one had homosexual tendency/vibe. I aint want to see that shyt materialize on the show in any shape. happy he went befoer that popped off.

lets not forget, In season 1. Shane told rick dont leave the camp for the guns, rick leaves anyway and how many ppl died that night? andrea sister would probably still be alive if they all stayed.

Shane told rick sophia was dead
Shane showed herschel they are not ppl anymore.
Rick would be dead if Shane didnt cover his hospital door with the bed.
Rick risked everybody life by not telling them they are infected.

Shane forced everybody to carry guns on the farm again. if he didnt they would of all been dead when the walkers came to the farm.
