This wasn't a serious movie, or a serious attempt at making a Matrix movie. This was an elaborate, expensive troll job to the studio, Hollywood, die hard fans etc. For what it is, it's kinda brilliant, but also selfish on the director's part for using the franchise to make some type of statement.

Could've just created your own parody film and give this to a more serious young director...or better yet, not bother doing it all and wasting our time (and money)

the only thing i didn’t understand was the pretty Indian woman that worked at Neo company / help lead them to unplug trinity (who was the lil girl Neo saved back inna dayz) = can be in her 30’s
when supposedly the current time frame was 60 years after Neo & Trinity save the world

They really dropped the ball. Shoulda left this franchise alone
