It reminds me a lot of Bel-Air and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Bel-Air is a show that would do well on it’s own, but because of the characters from the OG show it gives it more notoriety.

same with this. If it had nothing to do with the Sopranos, I think it would still be decent.
