I’ll keep watching. I like the part where 8t8 came into the picture. They gotta keep that interplay that was in classic star wars films otherwise it’ll just turn into a run in the mill, thin plot sci if show with Star Wars as the lens.

interplay like droid w/ human situations, crises. That part with the mother mandalore made me :mjlol:

felt like I was watching spongebob :lolbron:

No Whammies!!
Do I need to watch star wars to watch this?
Nope. Every single shot contains at least one "easter egg", but everything that happens in this show is pretty straightforward. It takes place in a time period in the years between trilogies, far away from any locations or characters we've seen before.

Even if you've never seen a single Star Wars movie, if you live in 2019 you've absorbed enough about Star Wars from popular culture that you already know MORE than enough to watch the show.

Basically:
-The guys in all white armor are Stormtroopers. They used to work for the evil space Nazi government run by a magic space wizard who was overthown and killed 5 years ago.
-Now the whole galaxy has turned into space Max Max/Old West world. Any government that exists is weak and located on the other side of the galaxy.
-The Space Clint Eastwood guy with the metal helmet is from a race of human warriors that were once cloned to create the first Stormtroopers, but he himself is probably not a clone.
-Space Magic is called "The Force". At the time and place this story takes place, the average person hasn't see any of that and probably considers it to be a "hokey religion". And "Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side"
-If you see a green Muppet, it should be self-explanatory that its magical.

That's pretty much ALL you need to know going into this.

this was straight trash. CGI is ass, dialogue atrocious, story boring, action scenes are meh. They need to stop making star wars product where the Jedi and Sith arent at the center.
