This show is fukking dope. The concept is nice. This is how star wars should be written. Everything should pay homage around the original trilogy, the skywalkers, jedi, with etc. Not that bullshyt with Rey. At the very least, they should find a way to reset the storyline back to Luke Skywalker and go back to the drawing board.

Finally got around to watching this. Thought it was good, but not great. Definitely had excellent production values and voice acting though.

My main problem is that the first 2/3rds of the episode was kind of boring plotwise. It LOOKED great but not that much was going on, and it doesn't help that the protagonist barely talks and we know nothing about him.

No Whammies!!
This was FILLED with "'Memberberry"-style references to the Star Wars movies, but unlike The Force Awakens it was done well so it didn't bother me.

There were even at least two references to the Star Wars Holiday special. The first bounty mentioned that he wanted to be home by LifeDay, which was the equivalent to Christmas in the Holiday Special.
